No one cares.
No. 1 is I have to correct my Arccos scoring every time I play. Approximately 15 -20 % of the shots do not record and I have to manually enter them in the app at the bar. But the most annoying thing is the unwillingness of their staff to do any work. My home course sold some property and adjusted their holes to account for the loss of an entire hole. I contacted Arccos to have the course download updated. I was told, "you don’t need yardages, we will take care of that." I scanned in a scorecard. I graphically edited the scorecard. I scanned in an course map with graphical notes on it telling them what was changed on the course, IN DETAIL. I took screen shots of google map images of the affected areas of the course and graphically outlined the boundaries of the old holes vs the new holes. I graphically placed the new green and the new tee boxes on the google map images. Every single detail was sent to them in text AND photographic screen shots with edited graphical overlays. Each time I sent them all this stuff, which took me hours to do, they came back with a new requirement of what they needed. The last email they sent me after all this was a terrible graphic of a golf course layout with red lines in the middle of each fairway with hole numbers under the red lines. No arrows indicating which direction the holes were going. No outlines of the tee boxes nor greens, AS I JUST SENT THEM IN GRAPHICAL SATELLITE SCREEN SHOTS WITH TRACES OF THE TEE BOXES AND GREENS. It looked like a five year old did it in crayon. I finally realized that these lazy people in CA are just coming up with excuse after excuse and leading me on so they don’t have to do any work. The last email to these lazy people was, "Go f!@#$ yourself!". And I sincerely mean that. Hours of writing and tracing out every detail and no they don’t want that.. they was an obscure 2nd grade red line crayon diagram with absolutely no details. You can’t get more lazy people on earth.
